How do I figure out my ring size? - We have a tutorial on our website which gives you a step by step guideline on how to figure out your ring size. We also recommend for the best and most accurate option, to go to your local jewelry store and have a professional measure your finger.

How long will it take for my order to ship? - Unless otherwise stated, each piece is made by order by me, so please allow 2 - 3 weeks after purchase for shipping. If you need something for a specific occasion and require a faster process, please email contact@farrestudio.com directly after purchasing.

Do you ship internationally? - Currently I am only offering EU Shipping at checkout, and therefore do not yet offer international shipping. However, if you would like to place an international order, please email contact@farrestudio.com.

I am planning to offer shipping to Korea and Japan starting May of 2026.

Can I return/ exchange my item? - Because each piece is made by order and personally handcrafted by me, for you, I do not accept returns. However, if something is wrong with the piece or if it breaks, please email contact@farrestudio.com and I will try my best to find a solution.
